I filed a claim with the V.A.in 1999 on behalf of my husband,he passed away from multiple melenoma he worked in civil engineering heating section, the equipment used in boiler room had to be repaired with asbestos my claim was denied because I could not get a statement from his oncology Dr. the v.a will aprove the claim if he would give a statement, have any one ever had this problem on getting a statement if so email me at: modhoney@aol.com

Today I heard from the multiple melenoma research foundation, I was told to talk to Mark Brown at the V.A. I'll call monday and speak to him, this era code is not local, I have treatment records, A person who served with him in Air Force and Navy reserve, both retired together, now he has asbestos ,the others all either passed from some form of leukemia, with all the evidence I have The V.A.wants more. That why I was trying to see if anyone else have had this problem.

Thanks so much if you should run across anything that will help please let me know.
